About this role
Role Overview
Drive revenue growth across North America by acquiring customers in the mechanical engineering and industrial manufacturing sector.
Sell our digital AI solution to mid-sized machine manufacturers as well as global industrial enterprises.
Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
Build and manage a strong pipeline through structured prospecting and outreach, supported by our US Business Development Representative.
Present and position findIQ in one-on-one customer meetings, workshops, and at industry events and conferences.
Establish findIQ as a forward-thinking digital partner for machine manufacturers and operators.
Collaborate closely with leadership and product teams to align market feedback with strategy.
Contribute to building and refining our U.S. sales structures, processes, and go-to-market activities.
Help shape and scale our commercial presence in the American market with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Requirements
Proven experience working with or selling to industrial manufacturing companies, specifically within the mechanical engineering or machinery sector.
Experience selling SaaS or PaaS solutions to industrial customers.
Strong digital affinity and confidence selling software-based products.
Ability to explain complex technical solutions in clear business terms.
Confidence engaging plant managers, operations leaders, engineers, and executives.
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a growing, evolving environment.
Currently based in the United States, with valid authorization to work in the U.S., and willingness to travel within the country.
