You will be the primary commercial voice in our Shopify sales process.
No cold calling. No PowerPoint-heavy politics.
You take ownership from the SQL stage (inbound, partner, event): qualification, discovery, pitch lead, deal ownership.
You will orchestrate our consultants, tech specialists and partners and guide customers through complex decisions.
You establish credible price ranges and decision frameworks — we don’t build castles in the air.
You ensure customers trust, understand and sign because they realize: you know what you’re talking about.
You work closely with Shopify, ERP/PIM integrators and app partners — co-selling is a core part of your role.
You help build the sales motion further, not just fit into existing processes.
In short: you will be our face in the market, our voice in the pitch and the catalyst for the next growth step.
Requirements
5–8+ years of experience in commerce sales (including Shopify sales).
Several years of hands-on Shopify experience (agency or in-house), deep enough to consult with confidence.
Experience with complex e‑commerce projects (migrations, B2B, ERP/PIM integrations).
Strong moderation and presentation skills.
You can set realistic price indications without overpromising.
German at C1 level; confident professional proficiency in English.
Willingness to travel for pitches, partner events and team meetings.
Not a fit for us: pure hunters without tech/Shopify understanding, or pure project managers without a sales drive.
