You will professionalize our onsite growth offering and independently develop data-driven CRO strategies for our e‑commerce clients
Based on in-depth funnel analyses (e.g., Shopify, GA4), heatmaps and session recordings, you systematically identify conversion and revenue opportunities
With a clear focus on impact vs. effort, you prioritize hypotheses and develop structured testing roadmaps
You design and evaluate A/B tests independently and derive concrete UX optimizations in close coordination with design and development
You confidently present results to clients and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
You proactively identify further growth opportunities and approach CRO with an entrepreneurial mindset — focused on measurable business impact
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in CRO / UX Optimization within e‑commerce
Solid hands‑on experience in A/B testing, testing tools and data‑driven optimization
Strong understanding of funnels and conversion, including GA4 and e‑commerce tracking know‑how
Hypothesis‑driven, structured working style with a clear KPI and business focus
Confident client management skills and persuasive presentation and communication abilities
High level of ownership and confidence working in project‑based, dynamic setups
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
