You lead complex Shopify client projects end-to-end — from kick-off to go-live
As Project Lead you take responsibility for quality, scope and outcomes
You structure projects clearly, set priorities, and ensure transparent decision-making processes
You identify risks early, resolve goal conflicts, and guide projects confidently through demanding decision-making phases
You facilitate decision rounds and stakeholder alignments to create clarity and commitment
In selected early or decision-critical project phases, you structure requirements and, together with UX & IT, prepare robust decision-making materials for our Shopify projects

3–5+ years of experience in project management of complex digital or tech projects (ideally in an agency or project-driven environment)
Solid experience with Shopify projects (e.g., app ecosystems, migrations, integrations, more complex setups)
Experience as a project lead with subject-matter responsibility (not solely operational coordination)
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Structured, decisive working style
High personal responsibility and reliability
Very good German and English
