Take responsibility as Project Manager for demanding large-scale construction projects (e.g., infrastructure, power plants, industrial facilities) and ensure successful delivery in terms of time, cost, and quality
Bring your civil engineering experience to bear and manage operational project processes involving multiple stakeholders and suppliers
Apply agile and traditional project management methods—both within construction environments and, prospectively, in development projects across our core industries (e-mobility, autonomous driving, medical technology, digital transformation)
Develop and implement processes, methods, and tools for efficient project management
Share your expertise in workshops, coaching sessions, and projects while learning from other experts

Requirements
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
At least 3 years of experience in the operational execution of construction projects—ideally large-scale projects with complex structures
Solid technical understanding and interest in applying your expertise, prospectively, to development projects outside the construction sector
Familiarity with traditional and agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and common tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps) is a plus
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and professional stakeholder management
Willingness to work on-site at client locations and readiness to travel
Business-fluent German and fluent English
