About this role

Lead complex e‑commerce projects with Shopify — from concept to successful go‑live
Coordinate internal teams and external partners across all project phases
Planning, budgeting and reporting — you keep timelines, resources and objectives firmly in view
Stakeholder management: you guide clients, facilitate workshops and ensure clear communication among all parties
Shopify focus: delivery of Shopify and Shopify Plus projects including system integrations (ERP, PIM, CRM, payment, fulfillment, etc.)
Quality assurance & process optimization: you identify bottlenecks early and develop pragmatic solutions

At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in an agency
At least 3 of those years working on Shopify projects — e.g., implementations, migrations or relaunches
Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and PM tools such as Asana or Jira
Strong communication skills, structured approach and a high degree of responsibility — even when things get busy
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
