Develop and drive a clear product strategy aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
Run product discovery and translate insights into hypotheses, PRDs, and experiments.
Own the product backlog for your area: craft problem statements, write user stories and prioritize with data.
Continuously deliver user-facing value through iterative releases: plan sprints, scope features, remove blockers, and partner tightly with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Skin Science department.
Define the roadmap as “bets” with explicit hypotheses, timelines, and success metrics; keep it aligned with company OKRs.
Experiment at speed: design A/B tests and pilots, use feature flags, analyze uplift, and socialize learnings across the company.
Partner with customers & GTM: validate problems, support discovery with key accounts, refine pricing/packaging signals, and prep release notes & enablement.
Work with our scientists/dermatology advisors to align features with skin-science rigor and on-brand experiences.
Documentation & comms: write crisp PRDs, decision logs, and change communications; keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Work with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or others).
Requirements
5+ years in Product Management for B2C or B2B2C SaaS with a track record of shipping measurable outcomes
