DEVELOPMENT: You capture requirements, translate them into clear specifications for our software, and actively contribute to its further development.
IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT: You support our clients during the rollout of our software solutions — from the initial workshop to successful employee training.
SUPPORT: You assist clients with questions or challenges and ensure our solutions run smoothly in day-to-day operations.
TEAMWORK: You collaborate closely with our development team and bring your ideas directly into product design.
Requirements
A degree in Business Administration (BWL) or a comparable qualification — a strong commercial background is essential
Several years of practical experience in controlling at a car dealership or in service management — this is a must
Very good MS Office skills; ideally you also have experience with databases or at least technical understanding and a willingness to learn
You work in a structured way, communicate clearly and are a true team player — even when things get busy
