Role Overview
- Manage client projects from requirements analysis through successful go-live
- Serve as the liaison between clients and the development team
- Create technically precise PBIs and concept documents
- Support existing customers throughout the customer lifecycle
- Present modules and products and communicate opportunities to product management, Sales, or Marketing
Requirements
- Experience in customer consulting, ideally in a software or SaaS environment
- Enjoy structuring complex requirements and translating them into clear, understandable concepts
- Ability to work in an organized manner and strong communication skills
- Professional management of customer expectations
- Fluent German, at least C1 level
