About this role
Role Overview
Build and maintain Directive's visual identity
Produce the ad creative that runs across paid programs
Design the sales materials for growth team use
Steward and evolve Directive's visual identity across all touchpoints
Build and maintain a scalable design system
Establish clear brand standards and apply them consistently
Design and produce static ad units across all platform specs
Produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns
Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units
Collaborate with the media team to interpret campaign performance data
Build and execute A/B creative tests
Maintain visual consistency and brand standards across all ad creative
Design pitch decks, proposal templates, case study presentations
Develop division-specific collateral that carries a distinct visual identity
Partner with strategy and growth leadership to understand the selling narrative
Requirements
3–5 years of professional design experience
A portfolio that shows range across brand work and performance creative
Demonstrated experience designing for paid social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
At least 1–2 years of motion graphics and short-form video production experience
Experience designing sales and pitch materials for a professional services or B2B context
Driven to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations
Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO tools (Optimizely, Unbounce, Crazy Egg, or equivalent)
