Requirements
5+ years in the music industry — distribution, label services, music tech, or rights management. You understand royalties, advances, catalog economics, and DSP dynamics. Non-negotiable.
An existing network of label executives and music business decision-makers. You can generate warm introductions from week one.
Executive-level selling ability. You're comfortable with label CEOs, fund managers, and major-label executives.
Outbound discipline. You create opportunities — you don't wait for them.
Fluent English.
Additional languages (German, Spanish, French) are a plus.
