New business development: You will manage your own pipeline of prospective clients and maintain close contact to understand their needs and convincingly present our solution for model-based construction site management.
Account management and expansion: You will build and maintain your own client portfolio and work to expand long-term collaboration so specter is deployed on an increasing number of construction sites.
Development of sales strategies: You will analyze customer needs and develop strategies to win clients quickly and successfully, and to grow accounts.
Collaboration with internal teams: You will coordinate closely with our Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams as well as the co-founders to enable an ideal customer journey for prospective and existing customers and to feed customer requirements into our solutions.
Trade shows and events: You will represent specter at trade shows and events and stay informed about current industry trends.
Requirements
Industry experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in a technical, on-site execution, or sales-related role, and are familiar with the processes and challenges of the construction sector.
Technical understanding: You can quickly get up to speed on technical topics and solutions and are confident with industry-specific subjects such as site management or technologies like BIM.
Communication skills: You know how to communicate with customers and internal teams on an equal footing, convey technical details convincingly, and explain complex relationships clearly.
Initiative and willingness to learn: You bring a hands-on mentality, tackle challenges proactively, and enjoy developing your skills.
Results orientation: You work in a structured, solution-focused way, keep an overview even on demanding projects, and set clear priorities.
Language skills: Fluent German and good English enable you to work with customers and international teams.
