About this role
Role Overview
Receive qualified leads from our sales reps
Analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions
Prepare quotes and contracts and negotiate with decision-makers
Conduct customer onboarding and ensure customer satisfaction
Work closely with the marketing and product teams and relay feedback
Maintain the CRM system and optimize sales processes
Requirements
Some initial experience interacting with customers, preferably in a B2B environment (e.g., call center, human resources, event management, or similar)
Enthusiasm for software products and willingness to work with them
Active listener who communicates purposefully and persuasively
German language skills at a minimum C1 level
