Lead Depositary Manager

Role Overview

• Ensure the Depositary deliveries are completed on time and to a high standard of excellence.
• Lead the Depositary Services team and ensure high‑quality daily operations.
• Maintain a strong regulatory and control framework to ensure compliance.
• Serve as the main escalation point for Depositary‑related matters in Denmark.
• Oversee internal and external reporting, regulatory reviews, and committee activities.
• Drive process improvements, efficiency gains, and transformation initiatives.
• Support sales efforts through client meetings.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, auditors, and authorities.
• Identify and manage risks in close collaboration with risk functions.
• Develop, support, and coach team members while fostering a positive and transparent team culture.
• You will ensure close collaboration with our colleagues in Nordics and Baltics.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in economics, finance, business management or law.
• Experience from the post trade and fund industry would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments.
• Knowledge of alternative Investments
• Knowledge of financial regulation UCITS V, AIFMD etc.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Experienced user of Excel, Sharepoint.
