Working Student, Customer Onboarding

Role Overview

• You will guide new customers (restaurants, cafés, bars) by phone through their first steps with our app.
• You will assist with the setup and integration of our solution, ensuring customers can use our features quickly and easily.
• You will explain features, workflows and processes to ensure users have a smooth start with kollex.
• You will answer questions and help resolve challenges that may arise during onboarding.
• You will work closely with our Customer Service team to ensure high customer satisfaction and a positive user experience.
• You will document the onboarding process and customer interactions in our CRM and backoffice system.
• You will help create the most positive possible customer journey for new users through proactive communication.

Requirements

• Initial experience in customer service, customer onboarding or a comparable role is an advantage but not required
• You are a team player and have a high level of self-motivation.
• You have good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• You are interested in the gastronomy industry and want to understand the needs of restaurants, cafés and bars.
