Technical and strategic customer management (new and existing clients): regular customer and alignment meetings, proactive needs assessment and problem solving
Proactive upselling to continuously optimize customers' IT system landscapes
Comprehensive understanding of, and effective communication about, Base-IT solutions
Development of customer-specific IT solutions in close collaboration with Key Account Management
Active project management (resource planning for the operational technical team, project control, change requests, schedule coordination, etc.)
Conducting customer workshops
Ongoing quality management and documentation of implemented activities
Independent trouble management

Requirements
Technical understanding of IT solutions and expert knowledge in IT infrastructure
Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies (cloud & on-premises)
Completed IT qualification (apprenticeship, HTL/technical college, university of applied sciences/FH, or university)
Several years of experience in project management or IT management
Customer-focused, communicative personality with a focus on holistic solutions
Excellent German and English language skills
Accurate, structured, and self-reliant working style
