About this role
Role Overview
- Overall responsibility for the Operations area, including monitoring and optimizing processes
- Technical and disciplinary leadership, motivation and development of the Operations team
- Planning, implementation and monitoring of compliance controls, reviews and audits
- Management and coordination of digitization and automation projects
- Close collaboration and interface management with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Market
- Creation and analysis of KPIs, reports and presentations (including outsourcing and audit reports)
- Ensuring on-time delivery, quality and efficiency in operational processes
Requirements
- Degree in Banking, Finance or a comparable qualification
- At least 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in financial services, factoring or consulting
- Several years of disciplinary leadership experience managing operational teams
- Solid knowledge of audit, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Confident user of ef3 (efcom)
- Good SQL skills and experience with BI tools
- Very good German (C1/C2) and good English (C1)
