Deliver classroom instruction and hands-on exercises in System Integration (IT specialist track)
Teach administrative topics (e.g., Windows and/or Linux system administration)
Network technology (TCP/IP, basic network services)
Active Directory, user, permissions and role management
Server services, virtualization, and system operations
IT support, troubleshooting, operations and monitoring
Create system and operational documentation
Fundamentals of Microsoft 365, cloud and hybrid environments
Prepare participants for examinations/certifications (e.g., IHK)
Supervise practical projects and monitor learning progress
Document learning progress and collaborate with the pedagogical/educational team
Support participants with technical questions during their learning activities

Qualification as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker), computer scientist (B.Sc.) or completed IT vocational training, or an equivalent qualification
Experience as a trainer/lecturer is desirable
Experience with virtual/video-based instruction is optional
Knowledge of: Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Windows Server (20XX), Exchange Server/Exchange Online (365), Linux, network technologies, IT security
Fluent German (C1); English skills in speaking and writing are an advantage
