About this role

Deliver lessons and practical exercises in the field of IT Specialist — System Integration
Teach administrative topics, e.g.: Windows and/or Linux system administration
Network technologies (TCP/IP, basic network services)
Active Directory, user, rights and role management
Server services, virtualization and system operations
Technical support, troubleshooting, operations and monitoring
Create system and operational documentation
Fundamentals of Microsoft 365, cloud and hybrid environments
Prepare participants for exams (e.g., IHK)
Supervise practical projects and monitor learners' progress
Document learning status and collaborate with the educational team
Support participants with technical questions during their day-to-day learning

Qualification as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker), computer scientist (BSc) or completed IT apprenticeship, or an equivalent qualification
Experience as a trainer and/or a pedagogical suitability certificate (AEVO) is desirable but not mandatory
Experience with video-based/remote teaching is optional
Knowledge of: Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Windows Server (20XX), Exchange Server/Office 365, Linux, networking and network management, IT security
Fluent German (C1) and English skills (written and spoken) are advantageous
