Talent Acquisition – People Operations

Role Overview

• Support both HR Operations and Talent Acquisition during a high-growth period at KITRO
• Act as KITRO’s Personio owner, ensuring accurate and compliant employee data
• Oversee time tracking and timesheet accuracy, including follow-ups with employees and managers
• Plan and coordinate quarterly team meetings and run quarterly engagement surveys
• Run and support recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination
• Own 100% completion of onboarding and offboarding processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience across HR operations and/or talent acquisition
• Strong organisational and systems-thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple processes and stakeholders with clarity
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication
• Experience running or supporting end-to-end recruitment
• High ownership, speed, and attention to detail
• Alignment with KITRO’s mission, values, and ways of working
