Provide disciplinary and technical leadership to a regional PV project team
Support with complex clarification cases and independently manage assigned PV projects
Organize, control, and ensure the quality of tenant electricity (Mieterstrom) PV projects
Support project managers in communications with clients and subcontractors
Monitor process and installation quality
Coordinate with the department head on prioritization and capacity planning

Several years of experience in PV project management (rooftop PV, multi-family houses, single-family houses, or tenant electricity/Mieterstrom)
Familiarity with regulations, technical feasibility, and related requirements
Ability to confidently manage projects and understand typical construction workflows
Confident demeanor when interacting with clients and subcontractors
Ability to make pragmatic decisions under uncertainty
Valid Class B driver’s license
Experience leading or mentoring a project team is an advantage
