Work directly with the VP of Account Management & Customer Success.
Responsible for in-depth portfolio analysis and segmentation of the customer base.
Develop measurable up-sell and cross-sell campaigns.
Track the performance of initiatives and optimize lead quality.
Work closely with Customer Success Operations.
Requirements
Initial solid professional experience in Marketing Operations, Business Analytics, or Sales Operations — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a comparable qualification with a strong analytical focus.
Power user of CRM systems such as Salesforce and confident Excel skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
Proactive use of AI-powered analytics tools.
Strategic implementation skills and the ability to translate complex data models into clear, actionable campaigns for Account Management.
Work with clear goals and measurable impact on revenue, retention, and Customer Lifetime Value.
Native-level German and business-fluent English — written and spoken.
