Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of complex Azure cloud infrastructure programs for our clients – from strategic planning through to sustainable operational integration
Technical and organizational leadership and development of our Azure Cloud Consulting team, including resource management, quality assurance and pursuit of technical excellence
Development, establishment and continuous improvement of best practices, standards and reference architectures in cloud governance, security and compliance
Close collaboration with clients at executive and stakeholder levels to define, steer and implement tailored cloud strategies and transformation initiatives
Management and execution of architecture, governance and quality reviews and ownership for ongoing enhancement of the team's technical expertise
Coaching, mentoring and targeted development of team members across technical and personal growth paths
Active support during presales phases and contribution to the strategic development of our cloud and consulting portfolio

Degree in (business) computer science or comparable qualification
Several years of leadership and project responsibility in a cloud consulting environment, ideally focused on Microsoft Azure
Deep expertise in Azure infrastructure, cloud governance, security and cloud strategy, combined with a strong understanding of customer and business requirements
Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-305, AZ-500 or AZ-700) or equivalent qualifications
Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills and the ability to motivate, develop and reliably guide teams through complex projects
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
