Strategic analysis and evaluation of complex client requirements to derive forward-looking Data & AI strategies and solution architectures
Responsible for designing and implementing high-performance Data & AI platforms based on the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft Fabric, Cloud AI & Analytics)
Building and optimizing modern data pipelines for diverse target applications, considering efficient processes and scalable IT systems
Professional development and coaching of staff as well as targeted knowledge transfer through training, workshops and mentoring
Technology scouting: continuous identification and assessment of new trends in Data & AI and their strategic integration into the company
Active stakeholder management with clients, executive management and internal business units

Several years (at least 5–7 years) of professional experience implementing complex Data & AI projects in cloud environments, preferably on the Microsoft platform
Deep expertise in AI, Data Engineering and scalable data architectures (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Cloud AI & Analytics)
Experience in technical leadership of staff or several years of responsibility in senior project, lead, or architecture roles
Solid experience in complex projects, strategic decision-making and client advisory, ideally in a consulting-related environment
Strong communication and presentation skills, high customer orientation, and the ability to explain complex technical and domain matters clearly
Analytical thinking, entrepreneurial drive and a self-motivated, structured and proactive working style
Strong affinity for modern technologies and innovation processes, and the motivation to actively advance new Data & AI topics within the company
Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Degree in (Business) Computer Science or a comparable field
