Completed studies in economics, international management, IT, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in banking or insurance environments, IT, or consulting – with proven responsibility as PMO or in requirements engineering.
Professional expertise in one or more areas: banking processes, insurance, PMO, sales or service functions, corporate banking.
Solid experience in creating BPMN models (as-is/to-be state).
Knowledge in designing ITSM processes and technological implementation.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Atlassian (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Certifications (advantageous): PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM, IREB, Microsoft 365/Azure Fundamentals, AWS Practitioner, Salesforce Admin.
German and English at C1 level for daily communication with clients and colleagues.
Strong communication skills, structured working style, and confident stakeholder management.
