Role Overview
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid channels
- Manage monthly ad budgets ranging from $20,000 to $200,000+
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement A/B testing to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM platforms
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
- Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies for client accounts
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in PPC / Paid Media Management
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience managing large advertising budgets ($20K+/month)
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present campaign performance insights
- Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns is highly preferred
