New customer acquisition: identifying and approaching prospective customers within the defined market segment
Building and maintaining relationships at all levels
Managing the entire sales cycle – from lead qualification and presentations to negotiations and closing
Analyzing customer needs and developing appropriate solution proposals
Preparing and delivering product presentations, demos and pitches tailored to customer needs
Building and maintaining the sales pipeline and forecasting, and using the CRM system (HubSpot) to manage and track leads and opportunities
Close collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, Solution Consulting) to ensure a successful sales process
Participating in customer events, industry events and trade shows
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B software sales (preferably SaaS), ideally in digital procure-to-pay solutions, payment solutions, or similar software such as finance or ERP systems
Proven track record of building and closing sales deals/projects
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, with a structured approach to work
Business-fluent German and English
University degree (Bachelor and/or Master) in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
