New customer acquisition: identifying and approaching potential customers in the defined market segment
Building and maintaining relationships at all levels
Managing the entire sales cycle – from lead qualification through presentations and negotiations to closing
Analyzing customer needs and developing a tailored solution proposal
Preparing and delivering product presentations, demos, and pitches tailored to customer needs
Building and maintaining the sales pipeline and forecasting, and using the CRM system (HubSpot) to manage and track leads and opportunities
Close collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, Solution Consulting) to ensure a successful sales process
Participation in customer events, conferences, and trade shows
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B software sales (preferably SaaS), ideally in digital procure-to-pay solutions, payment solutions, or similar software such as finance or ERP systems
Proven track record of establishing and closing sales projects
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
High self-motivation and target orientation
Analytical, entrepreneurial mindset and structured way of working
Fluent German and English skills
Degree (Bachelor and/or Master) in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
