You analyze operational KPIs and drive data-driven improvements in the installation business
You develop a deep understanding of our ongoing installation and site processes
You identify, measure, and prioritize optimization opportunities
You combine data from various sources and derive clear recommendations for action
You work closely with foremen, site managers, and central teams and build collaborative relationships at eye level
You travel 1–2 times per month within Germany & Europe to understand processes on site and implement improvements

Degree in Computer Science or Engineering/Business Administration with a strong focus on computer science & data
2–4 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Data, or a comparable environment
Highly developed analytical skills and strong affinity for data
Ability to structure complex matters and communicate them clearly
Ideally practical experience in a trades profession (e.g., electrician, HVAC/plumbing, or similar)
Fluent in German & English (C-level)
Spanish is an additional plus
