Support the rollout of digital solutions in (international) markets
Conduct make-or-buy analyses, research software solutions, and compare them against business requirements
Develop and deliver training programs (e-learning, manuals, workshops) for employees using our proprietary software
Serve as the first point of contact for software-related issues; assist users in resolving specific product and technical problems
Monitor software usage and analyze performance metrics to identify technical bottlenecks and propose targeted improvements
Work directly with product, sales, operations, and engineering teams to ensure our digital solutions meet local operational needs
Independently manage projects from initial research through final user onboarding.

You are currently enrolled at a German university, studying business administration, computer science, or a related field, and can commit to 20 hours per week
You have a solution-oriented, analytical mindset and a proactive attitude
You can work independently on projects and tasks, are willing to take responsibility, and have a passion for renewable energy
You are an effective communicator who enjoys interacting with various stakeholders across different regions
You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have the drive to get things done
You have experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) and collaborative tools such as Miro and Notion. Basic coding experience or a strong affinity for software systems is an advantage
Fluency in German and English (C1/C2) is required.
