You identify business stakeholders' requirements, evaluate them using qualitative and quantitative criteria, and develop solutions.
You will formulate epics and user stories.
You create development roadmaps with clearly defined objectives.
You facilitate communication among various stakeholders and act as an interface between IT and the business side.
You are responsible for documenting processes and outcomes and support the team in preparing reports.

Some practical experience in IT projects and an affinity for IT, particularly software development.
Quick comprehension and strong analytical thinking skills.
Strong communication skills, conflict-resolution abilities, empathy, and excellent facilitation skills.
Confident presence and persuasiveness.
Native-level German and fluent English.
Willingness to work in our Bonn-Bad Godesberg office three days per week.
