About this role
Role Overview
- Be part of the Customer Success team and coordinate activities with key customers
- Structure and manage projects with strategically important customers
- Act as the interface between internal stakeholders and customers
- Support and evaluate the long-term strategic direction of collaboration with our key customers
- Report activities and progress within envelio
- Identify and capture challenges and opportunities for process improvement
Requirements
- Degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, energy engineering or a comparable field
- Professional experience in independent project management with direct customer contact
- Experience in technical consulting, customer success management, key account management, or related fields in a B2B context
- Strong ability to communicate persuasively with diverse stakeholders on an equal footing and to build a high degree of trust
- Fluent in German and English
