Manage execution of processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement strategy, including RFPs, Risk and Opportunities, EAC, IMS management, negotiation strategy, cost accountability, program execution.
Ownership of Material Forecast and identification of risks and opportunities.
Manage material budgets and support EACs.
Drive Purchase Requisition generation and Purchase Order placement/management.
Participate in supplier engagements and review to ensure supplier performance.
Monitor performance metrics and proactively act to address program and functional issues.
Implement key performance indicators internally and with our supply base to ensure timely delivery to customers and adherence to the plan.
Obtain a special program clearance within 90 days of employment.
Requirements
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Minimum 3 years experience in a supply chain role.
