About this role
Role Overview
You take responsibility for the Employee Workflows area and its included streams: HRSD & WSD
You assume line (disciplinary) management of the ServiceNow Experts — Employee Workflows team
You are responsible for revenue and results planning (budget) for the Employee Workflows area
You actively contribute to strategic work within the leadership team and together with the technical team leads
You undertake presales activities when presenting Employee Workflows to clients
You ensure business development related to ServiceNow Employee Workflows (and the associated streams)
You enjoy working in a team and are willing to be actively present on-site at client locations
Requirements
More than 5 years of professional experience as a consultant
Extensive experience in a consulting context and suitable experience as a project manager of large projects
Industry knowledge in financial services, insurance, or the public sector is desirable
Experience with enterprise IT software, preferably ServiceNow or comparable technologies such as Pega Systems or Salesforce
Entrepreneurial initiative and the ability to shape and drive business
Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
