KPI Ownership: You won’t just "monitor" metrics; you’ll be the first to spot a leak in the funnel or an untapped opportunity for growth.
AI-First Problem Solving
Efficiency at Scale: Use LLMs and automation platforms to 10x your output. If a task takes two hours of manual clicking, your job is to make it take two seconds.
Rapid Experimentation: Stay on the bleeding edge. We want you testing practical AI use cases like automated sentiment analysis or AI-driven forecasting, that drive real efficiency.
Stakeholder Partnership & Process Engineering
The Bridge: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Ops to find the friction. You'll translate complex analysis into simple, structured "so what" insights for non-technical partners.
Influence: Help teams ditch the "gut feel" and adopt high-velocity, data-driven ways of working. You’ll help design and implement the scalable improvements we need to grow.
Stack Optimisation: Own and evolve the tools our commercial teams live in, reducing day-to-day friction and making sure our tech enables speed.

Academic Rigour: A degree in something numbers-heavy (Maths, Stats, Data Science, or Engineering).
The Toolbox: 2-4 years of experience in a fast-moving business (bonus points for scale ups or marketplaces). You speak fluent SQL. Bonus points if you have Python, R, or Snowflake.
AI-Native: Passion for and examples of using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to automate or streamline repetitive tasks.
The Curiosity: You’re the person who watches YouTube tutorials on new tools just for fun. Self-learning isn't a chore for you, it's a hobby.
You Deliver: You have a track record of translating "complex data-speak" into "human" for stakeholders. You’re known for getting stuff done and have a "bias for action’, meaning you’d rather build a solution rather than just sit in meetings talking about one.
The Location: You thrive on in-person collaboration at our Herzegov Boulevard office at least 3 days a week. (The coffee is worth the commute, trust us).
Fully eligible to work in South Africa with valid work permits if required.
