About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for operational excellence and the success of partnerships
- Execution and optimization of processes for crypto securities registry administration and custody
- Point of contact for partner management from the after-sales phase through offboarding
- Support and management of strategic client projects
- Assistance with implementing regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA)
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Business Operations or Project Management at financial institutions
- Basic understanding of and strong interest in Digital Assets and blockchain technologies
- Ideally, experience in partner management or consulting
- Strong process orientation and a compliance mindset
- Quick comprehension and pragmatic execution skills
- Willingness to take responsibility and the ability to manage complex processes precisely
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Business fluent German and English, both written and spoken
