Maintenance and development of the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
Administration and development of Azure/Entra ID.
Continuous monitoring of infrastructure security and rapid incident response.
Active management of security tools.
Create and develop a coherent IT security concept (prevention, processes, monitoring).
Coordinate regular penetration tests conducted by external providers.
Create and maintain crisis response plans.
Provide 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-line support for software and hardware issues.
IT support for onboarding new employees.
Cross-department coordination of user onboarding and offboarding (licenses, access).
Maintain and develop the company’s hardware inventory.
Procure devices and licenses and maintain relationships with vendors and technology partners.
Cost optimization and support for IT budget planning.
Create scripts and automations (PowerShell, SharePoint, M365).
Support the implementation of AI in IT administration.

Experience in Microsoft 365 administration – required.
Strong knowledge of Azure/Entra ID (Azure AD) in cloud environments.
Experience with backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam).
Ability to automate administrative tasks (PowerShell, scripting, M365/SharePoint automation).
Knowledge of application integrations and SSO.
Experience with VPNs and secure remote access tools.
Experience collaborating with L1/Service Desk as 2nd/3rd-line support.
