About this role

Primary point of contact for your clients — strategic, partnership-oriented, and reliable
Manage existing client relationships and identify and develop cross
and upselling opportunities
Develop solutions together with the team, prepare and price proposals, and coordinate the handover to project management
Lead regular client workshops (remote or on-site), uncover needs and translate them into concrete actions
Take responsibility for an account portfolio and contribute to the monthly revenue target

Experience in account management, client consulting, or digital project environments (e.g., as a project manager, consultant, or Product Owner)
Strong ability to listen, structure information, articulate, and communicate clearly
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (Shopware, Storyblok, headless CMS, e-commerce, UX, APIs, etc.)
Solution-oriented mindset — focus on solutions, not problems
Confident communication in German at near-native level (C1+)
