Support our partner brokers and their customers via chat, phone and email
Prepare needs-based quotes and handle the professional commercial processing of ongoing contracts
Assist with the processing of claims
Carefully maintain and verify customer data

Basic commercial/business training
Experience in the insurance industry — career changers are welcome
Experience interacting with customers — ideally in telephone or digital customer support
Interest in digital tools and willingness to learn new systems
