About this role
Role Overview
Managing complex B2B sales cycles (6–24 months)
Analyzing needs and persuading decision-makers
Delivering customer presentations and representing Simovative
Developing after-sales processes in collaboration with Marketing, Product Management and Customer Success
Using modern tools (CRM, AI-powered lead analysis) to structure the funnel
Requirements
4–10 years of B2B SaaS experience, preferably in EdTech, public sector, ERP, or systems integrator environments
Proven experience in long, consultative sales cycles
Confident, persuasive presence
Analytical thinking and enthusiasm for technology & education
Practical experience using AI tools in day-to-day sales
Team player with empathy, a sense of humor, and a good sense of timing
Confident and clear communication skills in German and English
Nice-to-have: Initial experience managing public-sector tender processes
