Develop specific value propositions
Translate technical features into clear customer-facing arguments
Create and continuously improve technical product datasheets and application guides
Define product requirements based on market and customer feedback
Support the sales team in technical customer conversations
Systematically document trial and customer learnings as input for the feedback process to R&D
Provide input to the commercial strategy to refine positioning and segment focus

Degree in materials science, chemistry, plastics engineering or a related field
Understanding of plastics, materials or processing technologies (e.g., extrusion, injection molding, compounding, etc.)
Ideally experience in an application-oriented role (e.g., Application Engineering, Product Management)
Ability to communicate technical content clearly
Customer-oriented mindset and ideally experience in direct interactions with industrial customers
Interest in industrial applications and market dynamics
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Structured, independent working style and enthusiasm for connecting technical and commercial perspectives
