You take full ownership of strategic accounts in the DACH region — from the first touchpoint through long-term expansion of the partnership.
You independently manage the entire sales cycle: Own the deal — from lead generation and pre-qualification through discovery, negotiation and closing to renewals.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve and exceed your revenue targets.
Initiate and execute go-to-market campaigns and programs that successfully position our solutions in the market.
Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to analyze complex customer requirements.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers — particularly at the C-level.
Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos at the executive level.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures with a clear focus on sustainable, profitable deals.
Structured pipeline management and forecasting in the CRM.
Represent our company on-site at customer locations, at trade shows, industry events and in digital formats.
Requirements
Several years of full-cycle sales experience — ideally in a fast-growing software or SaaS environment
Solid SaaS experience in the DACH market
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets
Extensive field sales experience selling complex enterprise solutions, particularly in the public sector or large organizations
Confidence selling at the C-level and managing multiple stakeholders across functions
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
Builder mentality: you want to create and build, not just manage
High self-motivation and the ability to manage projects and priorities independently
Solution-oriented thinking — even in complex or ambiguous situations
Experience in quarterly planning, forecasting, and structured new-logo acquisition
Willingness to travel (e.g., to customers or trade shows)
