Developing new long‑haul travel products – from initial concept to commercially ready, bookable product
Pricing calculations and margin analysis
Ensuring the profitability of products
Responsible for the quality and performance of trips – before, during and after launch
Monitoring markets, trends and competitors and identifying new potential in destination regions
Close collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Customer Service to successfully position products in the market

Completed vocational training or degree in tourism
Some experience in procurement/purchasing or product management in the tourism industry
Strong sense for travel trends, customer needs and market developments
Negotiation skills and enjoyment of international communication
Strong numerical affinity and a solid understanding of pricing and margin control
Business‑fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel to your target destinations
Ideally you already know your target regions from professional or personal experience
Team player, creative and motivated to take responsibility and make an impact
