You negotiate directly with our partners worldwide (e.g., hotels, agencies, transport providers) and ensure top-quality products in our target regions
You develop new travel concepts – from initial inspiration to a bookable product
You calculate prices and monitor profitability – your products should not only be appealing but also financially viable
You ensure quality – before, during and after the launch of your products
You monitor the market for trends and new opportunities – always searching for the next standout travel product
You work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Service – together we make your ideas visible and bookable
Requirements
Experience in purchasing or product management in the travel industry (you know how things work)
Strong sense for travel trends, customer needs and market developments
Negotiation skills and international communication abilities
Numerical affinity and a keen eye for pricing and cost calculations
Business-fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel to your target destinations – you want to know what we sell
Nice to have: deep personal knowledge of your target regions, whether from work, backpacking or exploration
