You negotiate directly with our partners (e.g. hotels, agencies, transport providers) and ensure top-quality products in our European target destinations
You develop new travel ideas — from initial inspiration to a bookable product
You price products and keep an eye on profitability — your products should not only be attractive but also commercially viable
You ensure quality — before, during and after the launch of your products
You monitor the market for trends and new opportunities — always on the lookout for the next travel hit
You work closely with marketing, sales and customer service — together we make your ideas visible and bookable

Experience in purchasing/procurement or product management within the travel industry
Strong sense for travel trends, customer needs and market developments
Negotiation skills and international communication abilities
Affinity for numbers and a keen eye for pricing/calculations
Business-fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel to your target destinations — after all, you should know what we sell
Nice to have: You know your target destinations like the back of your hand — whether from your job, backpacking or exploring

You prefer being on site rather than only online and come into our office in Rengsdorf 2–3 days per week
