You negotiate directly with our partners (e.g., hotels, agencies, transport providers) and ensure top-quality products in our European target destinations.
You develop new travel concepts — from the initial inspiration to a bookable product.
You calculate pricing and keep an eye on profitability — your products should not only be attractive but also financially viable.
You ensure quality — before, during, and after the launch of your products.
You scan the market for trends and new opportunities — always on the lookout for the next big travel hit.
You work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service — together we make your ideas visible and bookable.
Requirements
Experience in procurement or product management within the travel/tourism industry.
Strong sense for travel trends, customer needs, and market developments.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate with international partners.
Numerical affinity and a good eye for pricing and cost calculation.
Business-fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.
