About this role
Role Overview
Ensure the best possible experience for customers from onboarding through daily adoption, proactively providing guidance to maximize platform usage;
Conduct onboarding, regular follow-ups, and communication with our new customers;
Assist the product team in the continuous improvement of the platform by gathering customer feedback and seeking ways to increase engagement and delivered value;
Monitor KPIs and work to prevent churn across the customer portfolio;
Identify more efficient ways to unblock customers’ implementation journeys, using technology, automation, and AI to accelerate adoption and reduce implementation friction.
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Previous experience in customer experience/operations, preferably in technology or SaaS companies (a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Investigative and curious mindset for problem solving
Interest in and familiarity with AI and automation tools, leveraging them daily to increase productivity and improve processes
Empathy to understand and guide customers
Strong organizational and time-management skills
