Analyze customer requirements and develop robust solution concepts within the Microsoft ecosystem
Plan, design, and implement Microsoft-based architectures
Take technical responsibility in client projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
Conduct workshops, assessments, and technical reviews
Make well-founded architectural decisions with a focus on operations, security, and scalability
Provide technical consulting in presales, including effort estimates and solution sketches
Produce structured documentation of architectures, decisions, and operational concepts
Work closely with project management, sales, and operations teams, ensuring clean handovers

Several years of professional experience in IT consulting or enterprise IT with a focus on Microsoft technologies
Strong knowledge in several of the following areas: Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace, Azure infrastructure and platform services, Identity & Access Management (Entra ID, Conditional Access, Active Directory), and security and compliance features within the Microsoft environment
Experience with hybrid IT architectures and migration projects
Basic understanding of networking, security concepts, and operational processes
Structured, analytical working style and strong problem-solving skills
Confident and professional presence in client interactions and clear communication
High degree of personal responsibility, reliability, and quality awareness
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills
