Strategic consulting, design, and further development of IT security architectures (including hybrid cloud environments, Microsoft Entra ID)
Conducting security assessments, risk analyses, and vulnerability assessments
Designing and implementing security solutions (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, Microsoft Defender)
Advising on Zero Trust models and modern identity concepts
Managing and providing technical oversight of security projects
Developing and delivering security awareness and technical training
Advising clients on secure IT behaviors and preventive measures
Close collaboration with clients, internal teams, and, where applicable, sales
Documentation of security concepts and decision rationale

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT qualification with relevant professional experience
Several years of solid experience in IT and cloud security
Very good understanding of cloud and IT security architectures, Zero Trust models with Microsoft solutions, identity management (Entra ID, Active Directory), SIEM, and firewall concepts
Long-standing experience in technical consulting and conceptual work
Certification as Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate and/or Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate
Structured, independent working style
Very good German language skills (at least C1 level)
Nice to have: additional security certifications (e.g., Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert, CompTIA Security+), experience with Microsoft Purview, Intune, or Cloud App Security, and experience in consulting or project environments
