Regular communication with customers including structured updates and reporting
Prepare and conduct review meetings with our customers
Proactively communicate about scope of services, collaboration and performance
Customer onboarding
Organize and coordinate the onboarding of new hospital partners
Ensure new customer projects start in a structured way and become productive quickly
Coordinate with project leads, coding teams and internal functions
Coordination & oversight
Structure and prepare relevant information for cooperation with our customers
Ensure a transparent flow of information between customer and internal teams
Maintain an overview of performance data and identify anomalies and trends at an early stage
Analysis & development
Collect and document customer satisfaction
Analyze collaboration and customer performance
Identify opportunities for development in the collaboration
Hand over potential upsell leads to our sales team
Requirements
Several years of experience in a customer-focused role within healthcare (e.g., Customer Success, consulting, Account Management or project coordination)
Solid understanding of the DRG system and hospital billing
Practical experience in DRG coding or medical controlling
Experience working with multiple stakeholders in the hospital environment
Strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor with customers
Structured way of working and enjoyment in coordinating complex collaborations
Interest in actively developing customer relationships
